FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 18, 2012, Pittsburgh, PA - kWantera has been selected as one of eight companies to participate at this year’s Innovation Works Investor Day and Annual Meeting, Wednesday, May 23. CEO Mark DeSantis will present a company and product overview during the Portfolio Company Pitches beginning at 4:00 p.m.

 

DeSantis along with company executives and staff will also be available during the Reception & Technology Showcase immediately following the Portfolio Company Pitches.

 

The IW portfolio is made up of the Pittsburgh region's highest potential startups and emerging companies in all technology and life science sectors. Over the past three years, 72% of all venture deals in the Pittsburgh region went to companies that previously received IW seed investment.

 

The event is by invite only and will be held at The Circuit Center, 5 Hot Metal Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
