Donald C. Belt, Chairman of the Board
Don is the Senior Managing Director of AGSM. Don has more than 30 years of experience in the hardware/lumber building material, industrial MRO, and consumer products industries. Through high level executive positions with True Value, ServiStar, and General Electric, and owning several businesses, Don has gained expertise in M&A work, entrepreneurial start-ups, strategic planning, e-business, supply chain management, operations, acquisition integration, marketing, sales management, financial management and capital generation. Don earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College and an MBA from the Ohio State University.

Erik Straser
Erik joined the Mohr Davidow Ventures team in 1998 and has over a decade of venture capital experience. He currently holds several board memberships including SodaHead and Cenzic. Prior to MDV, Erik worked at Interval Research Corp., a technology incubator funded by Paul Allen, and at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a technical staff member. He also consulted to several seed and early stage venture capital firms. Erik serves on the advisory council of the Stanford Precourt Institute for Energy Efficiency, as well as on the advisory boards of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) and Stanford’s BASES. He is a winner of the 2006 World Technology Award for Finance, presented by the World Technology Network. Erik earned a Ph.D. and Masters in Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Jay Corn
Jay is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Currently he is the Chief Financial Officer of Sundrop Fuels. Previously, Jay has served as CFO at Entrust Energy, Glacial Energy, and Gateway Energy Services Corporation. Prior to that, Jay held Vice President positions at both Applied Energy Group and New Jersey Resources. Jay holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
